Using a natural pigment derived from blue spirulina, BLU POO colors your stool blue so you can track your gut transit time with ease. Tracking transit time offers useful insight into your digestion, fiber intake, and overall gut health.
Directions
Take 2 capsules with a meal and monitor your bathroom visits for 9-30+ hours, until you see blue poop. Log the time and the type that best matches the types in the Bristol stool chart. Repeat test weekly, or as directed by your health care provider.
