Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where carriers allow.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 2pm ET or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
- Standard: usually 3–7 business days after the order ships.
- Express: usually 1–3 business days after the order ships.
Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Multiple packages
Products ship from different US warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package, on different days. You pay shipping only once per order.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information for each package.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows your package delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at sales@viktoriadeals.com or 1.888.338.1447 and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
