• TMI LQ combines iodine and iodide in Dr. Lugol’s well-known ratio with a blend of sea plants for enhanced absorption. It features kelp, bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus), dulse (Palmaria palmata), and Irish moss (Chondrus crispus)—all rich sources of natural iodine and trace minerals that support thyroid function, organ health, bone strength, and immune resilience. Dulse is particularly high in nascent selenium.
